Innercovers are produced in a
variety of styles and designs including the latest
Hydrogen
Annealing Innercovers for use in pure hydrogen atmospheres.
We manufacture Innercovers in
both straight wall and horizontal corrugated sidewall design,
and with all standard types of seal arrangements including solid
seal, liquid and double liquid seal, as well as machined o-ring
seal designs.
We
manufacture Radiant Heater Tubes
for both batch style, as well as continuous furnace designs.
These can be either cast or fabricated, in a wide range of alloys
as required. We produce a range of Furnace
Fans for many furnace applications, which we manufacture
to customer specifications. Muffles
and Retorts are fabricated for a wide
variety of furnace applications, again in a wide range of designs
and alloys.
Qual-Fab manufactures Pickle
Hooks for both hydrochloric and sulfuric acid pickling systems.
These hooks come in a wide range of sizes and alloys depending
on the application and specifications. Our craftsmen are well
qualified to produce these quality fabrications at very competitive
prices.
