Qual-Fab, Inc. has serviced
the Steel and other Metal Industries with products used in thermal cycling applications for over
25 years. With it’s origins in the Steel industry, Qual-Fab has fabricated a line of products for bell
annealing and other furnace applications for both OEM's, and
as replacement parts for the mills. Our experienced craftsmen
ensure top quality parts are produced to customer specifications
at very competitive prices.
Regularly manufactured products include bell
annealing Innercovers, including
the latest design in Hydrogen
Innercovers used in 100% pure hydrogen service. These
are made in a range of stainless and high nickel alloys.
They have horizontal corrugated sidewalls, machined o-ring seals,
and may include x-ray weld inspection as required.
Other
products include all types of Radiant
Heater Tubes, Cooling Tubes, Recuperator Tubes, and other
types of tubes of all sorts in a wide array of alloys,
both cast and fabricated. We produce Furnace
Rolls in a wide range of sizes, both dry and water cooled,
fully machined, in a variety of alloys, and coated if required.
We manufacture Furnace fans of
many type and styles for a variety of furnace applications.
All are manufactured to customer specifications.
Also in bell annealing, we are very competitive
producing all styles of Convector Plates and Charge
Plates, as well as Diffusers and Plenum Chamber Assemblies of heavy mild steel or stainless alloy design, in all styles.
There are multiple applications in the mills
where our skill in forming and fabricating both stainless and
high nickel alloys would make us a valuable supplier.
