Qual-Fab, Inc. produces all styles and sizes of furnace Muffles that are used in a variety of industries including the Powdered Metals Industry, Glass Industry, and for many other types of Heat Treat applications.

Muffles are fabricated in a variety of alloys including 309, 310, RA330, RA353ma, 600, 601, and RA602ca, and Haynes alloys HR120 and HR230. 

Muffles are manufactured to customer specifications, with strict attention to material selection, joining specifications, and quality control procedures.

Repairs and rebuilds of existing muffles are done on a regular basis as a cost saving alternative to all new construction.  Our skilled craftsmen make sure the highest quality product is manufactured on time, and at a competitive price.
