With over 25 years experience, Qual-Fab, Inc. is a leading producer of Retorts for the furnace and heat treat industries for both low and high temperature applications. Because of our extensive experience in these products, Qual-Fab, Inc. works with OEM’s and directly with end users to supply information so their engineers can develop pertinent alloy specifications for all types of furnace environments.

Retorts are manufactured in a wide range of stainless and high nickel alloys to customer specifications. We work with a broad range of alloys including 304, 309, 310, 330, RA253ma, RA353ma, 600, 601, and RA602ca, among others. We can assist in the material selection process, including welding specifications and inspection procedures. We have the ability to manufacture retorts that are corrugated for additional strength. With our automated processes and skilled craftsmen, we can produce the highest quality product at very competitive prices.
