QualFab manufactures heat treating fixtures of all kinds, including intricate fixtures and parts for the aerospace and powdered metals industries.  For vacuum furnaces, pit and belt furnaces, we produce baskets, trays, clips, grids, and fasteners in a wide range of alloys, including high nickel alloys and molybdenum.  We also produce fixtures of different types for continuous brazing lines, as well as continuous monorail lines for enameling and coating.
