QualFab manufactures a wide range of products used in the heat treat industry including corrugated boxes & shrouds of all types and styles.

QualFab uses our experience and technology to reduce the number of weld seams in corrugated boxes, in some cases resulting in one-piece sidewall construction. We have tooling to press different depths and centerlines according to customer specifications. Our dies also reduce formed corner defects by roll-forming box corners.

Boxes & shrouds can be manufactured fork lift ready, with special enclosed inserts to guide fork lift blades. We can also manufacture boxes with a variety of bottom designs including high temperature screen or mesh inserts of Q-Mesh, or solid bottom designs.
