Qual-Fab,
Inc. has manufactured
stainless and high nickel alloy components for the Heat Treat
Industry 
since it’s inception, with an early focus on Radiant
Heater Tubes and Serpentine
Trays, due mostly to their relatively small size. With our
large plant today, we have greatly expanded our capabilities,
and we manufacture many larger alloy fabrications including
Innercovers, Muffles,
and large ductwork and Recuperator
Assemblies.
We still manufacture a large quantity of Tubes of all sizes and
styles, including Heater Tubes,
Cooling Tubes,
Recuperator Tubes,
and others of all configurations and sizes. These are made in the
full range of stainless and high nickel alloys from 3”dia. on up,
for both OEM’s and replacements.
Muffles are manufactured strictly
to customer specifications, for a variety of applications in
the Heat Treat Industry.
Muffles, some over 50 feet in length are manufactured to tight
tolerances, and with strict attention to detail, for maximum
operating performance in the customers’ applications.
Retorts
are made in a wide variety of styles and alloys for various
applications in the Heat Treat Industry. Retorts up to 18 ft
in diameter and over 20 ft high have been fabricated, and with
a variety of seal arrangements. These can have dished heads
or fabricated heads, horizontal corrugations in the sidewalls,
or straight sidewalls
Serpentine Trays are produced
by the hundreds, again with a variety of alloys depending on
the customers applications. These are made to customer drawings,
or our proprietary design can be used. Corrugated
Boxes are also produced in quantity, in a wide range of
alloys and designs depending on the customer requirements. Furnace
Fans are manufactured both for OEM’S, and as replacement
items for a wide range of heating and cooling applications.
Specialty Baskets and Trays
are produced to exact customer requirements. All these products
are fabricated by trained craftsmen enabling us to deliver a
quality product, on time, and at a competitive price.
