Qual-Fab, Inc.
manufactures all types and styles of Furnace Rolls,
including cast and fabricated, and water cooled or dry styles.
Applications for our Furnace Rolls ranges from conveyor
systems, to furnace applications up to the 2300 ºF temperature
range. Our Furnace Roll manufacturing capabilities include
sizes ranging from three to thirty six inch diameter, and are
made in a range of alloys from basic carbon steel to any of the
super alloys.
Our products are made to customer specifications,
including surface finishes, coatings, and insulation as required.
We ensure the proper selection of appropriate filler metals and
specialty welding techniques for necessary joint strength.
