Qual-Fab, Inc. manufactures a wide range of products used in
the Heat Treat Industry including Corrugated Boxes of all types and styles. We
are experienced in forming and welding all types of fabrications
for both high temperature and corrosion applications. These Corrugated Boxes are manufactured in a wide
range of heat resistant alloys, and in a variety of sizes and
configurations for maximum loading efficiency.
Qual-Fab uses our experience and technology to reduce the number
of weld seams in Corrugated Boxes, in some
cases resulting in one piece sidewall construction due to our
special dies and techniques. We have tooling to press different
depths and centerlines according to customer specifications.
Our dies also reduce formed corner defects by roll forming box
corners, for maximum customer satisfaction.
