Convector Plates

Qual-Fab, Inc. manufactures Convector Plates and Charge Plates of all sizes and styles for the Steel and Metals industries.  Qual-Fab can supply both mild steel and stainless alloy plates in a wide range of styles.

 
 

Convector Plate styles include the radial-wedge bar, wedge bar, X-bar, tear drop, and sandwich styles, among others.  Charge Plates can be supplied in any design or style with thicknesses up to 4” thick.   Convector plates and charge plates can be machined or tapered depending on customer specifications, to reduce sticking problems and edge damage on coils. 

 

Our in-house production capabilities of burning and welding all alloys, plus our normal inventory levels, helps us to be very competitive on these items.  For  more than 25 years, our highly trained employees have brought many combined years of experience to the manufacture of these items .  Our quality assurance program ensures that we deliver the highest quality product.
