Inc. is proud to be a supplier of stainless and high nickel
alloy fabrications to a wide range of industries. While originally
set up over 25 years ago to supply fabrications to the Steel/Metal
Process and Rod & Fastener
industries, Qual-Fab, Inc. today services many industries including
the Heat Treat and Powdered
Metals, and many Process Industries
including the Chemical, Petrochem,
Pulp & Paper, Cement, Salt, and Power
Industries, among others.
In the past few years, Qual-Fab, Inc. has expanded it’s size
and capabilities by moving to a new plant located in suburban Cleveland,
Ohio. This facility has two buildings with over 78000 sq. ft. under
roof, with multiple overhead cranes, up to 53 ft. under crane, 20
ft. doors, and over 7000 sq. ft. of office space, all located on over
13 acres. This facility presents us with the opportunity for substantial
future growth with the additional capabilities that it offers.
Our highly qualified
employees bring hundreds of combined years of experience in the manufacture
of stainless and high nickel alloy fabrications. Our strict attention
to detail, and our quality control procedures ensure that the customer
receives the best quality product each and every time at a competitive
price. In addition to our own technical expertise, we have teamed
with our suppliers to offer extensive technical capabilities.
Qual-Fab, Inc. fabricates
new equipment for large OEM’s, as well as replacement parts for all
types of furnace or process equipment. We work to customer specifications
and drawings. We also can provide information to customers to help
them with their own designs, and with upgrades to their existing products
for a nominal fee.
